(A) Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent. Keep your head up and your back straight. Start with your elbows bent and your wrists held in front of your shoulders.
(B) While pivoting to your right side punch across your body with your left arm.
(C) Return to home position.
(D) Repeat to the left side.
(E) Return to home position.
(A) Stand with feet shoulder width apart, elbows at sides and fists touching.
(B) Open arms to the sides keeping elbows bent at 90 degrees.
(C) Return to starting position.
(A) Stand with feet shoulder width apart and elbows bent with hands up in front of your chest.
(B) Swing one arm forward and one arm back turning your shoulders slightly as you do so.
(C) Swing arms again in the opposite direction.
